This class is for winding down at the end of a day. We will focus on restorative poses to help lengthen your tired muscles. This class will introduce meditative breathing exercises to connect your mind and body allowing you to feel empowered and mindful. Tarah loves to use hands on assists and essential oils to help deepen your practice.
